Who is it for?
It is for parents who receive school newsletters and updates from platforms such as ParentMail, Arbor, SchoolPing, ClassDojo, and SchoolPost.
How does it work?
Parents forward school emails to a personal WasItToday address. The service returns a short summary and downloadable .ics files for each detected event.

It is free while in beta.

Why I built this

As a parent of three I was looking for a simple tool to put all relevant school dates and reminders into my calendar. I could not find a good one, so I vibe-coded it myself.

— Andrei Antonovski

WasItToday helps parents process forwarded school newsletters and updates by summarising them in plain English and extracting school dates into downloadable .ics calendar files. It is free while in beta with data not sold or used to train AI models.
