What is it?
StreamSleep is an app that detects when you fall asleep and pauses media playing on your phone.
Who is it for?
It is for people who watch or listen to media on their phone and may fall asleep while doing so.
How does it work?
It detects real sleep, shows a “Still awake?” check, and pauses media across apps when you do not cancel. It runs on your device.

Ever fall asleep to an audiobook and wake up hours later, with no idea where you dropped off? StreamSleep fixes that. It uses Android's built-in sleep detection to notice when you've drifted off, sends a quick "still awake?" check so it never cuts you off mid-listen, then pauses your audio or video and saves your session. In the morning you can resume or rewind to catch up. Works with Audible, Spotify, YouTube and other media apps Pauses only after you've really dropped off, with a gentle check first Rewind a few minutes in the morning so you don't miss anything (Premium) A nightly history so you can see when you fell asleep No wearable needed, just your phone Built by a solo developer, and still improving, so feedback is very welcome.
