In brief · compiled from relevotech.uk

What is it?
Relevo is a plugin for 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, and SketchUp that creates real-world terrain, buildings, roads, and render materials from map locations.
Who is it for?
It is for people creating 3D scenes and renders, including architects and users of 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or SketchUp.
How does it work?
You choose a place by searching, entering coordinates, pasting a Google Maps link, or using the built-in map. Relevo downloads elevation data, builds subdivided terrain, and lets you apply materials and render it in V-Ray.
What does it cost?
The free version never expires and includes a 14-day Pro trial. The Pro price is not stated on the site.

Relevo builds real-world terrain inside 3ds Max, Cinema 4D and SketchUp from national LiDAR and 30 m elevation data, with OpenStreetMap buildings and roads. It lets users select a location, generate a subdivided terrain and apply procedural PBR materials with V-Ray looks, while Pro adds detailed buildings, photo-based materials and camera moves.
