In brief · compiled from myvanstock.co.uk

What is it?
My Van Stock is a web-based stock-control system for tracking equipment in engineers’ vans. It supports scanning items, viewing stock, requesting replenishment, transferring parts, and reviewing stock history.
Who is it for?
It is for UK companies with engineers working on the road, including security and fire alarm installers, CCTV and access control companies, network and data cabling installers, and service and maintenance teams.
How does it work?
Engineers use a phone camera to scan items on or off a van, or search by item name or part number. Managers can view van stock, handle transfer and replenishment requests, and receive warehouse pick lists; no scanner hardware or app download is required.
What does it cost?
The setup fee is £150 one time. The starter plan costs £30 per month for one admin and three vans, and extra vans cost £10 per van per month.

My Van Stock helps UK installers and managers track equipment across engineers’ vans. Teams can scan items with a phone, view live stock counts, request replenishment, transfer parts between vans and review stock history. It provides branded company logins and a warehouse pick list without requiring scanner hardware or an app download.
